About The Position
WinnCompanies is searching for a dependable and organized Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Westlake Apartments, a 148-unit market-rate residential community located in Sacramento, CA. In this role, you will assist the Property Manager in managing all aspects of a 148-unit multifamily, conventional market community including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service. The work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, in office. The position offers a pay range of $23 to $25 hourly, depending on experience, plus leasing commissions.
