About The Position
WinnCompanies is looking for an Assistant Property Manager I to join our team at Trumbull Park, a 465-unit public housing community located in Chicago, IL. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service. Please note that this position offers a pay rate of $22.50 per hour, based on experience. Pay rate will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
