About The Position
WinnCompanies is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to split their time between The Blossom Apartments, a 48-unit residential community, and Liberty Village, a 38-unit residential community: both of which are located in Beaumont, CA. In this role, you will support the Property Manager in managing all aspects of the community, including leasing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, service requests, and customer service.
