Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in promoting resident relations and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary contact for all tenant communications.
• Maintain records in property management software for all maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Assist in the lease renewal process and prepare necessary documentation.
• Coordinate the Move-In and Move-Out processes with tenants.
• Prepare Notices and routine correspondence as directed by the Property Manager.
• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents about available properties.
• Communicate with residents throughout the rent collection process.
• Assist in the preparation of Security Deposit Disposition in compliance with state laws and company policies.
• Ensure all property and tenant information is accurately documented in property management software.
