The Assistant Property Manager ensures a safe and attractive living environment for residents, exceptional quality and service, sustained resident satisfaction, operational efficiency, and strong financial results. This role serves in the capacity of the Property Manager in his/her absence. Responsibilities include implementing sales and marketing activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, managing lease processes, collecting rents, and promoting resident services initiatives.
