About The Position
Ovation, a family-owned and privately held real estate firm with a 40-year track record, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for one of our LIHTC/Tax Credit properties in Las Vegas. This premiere apartment community is supported by a design, construction, and management team known for providing a high-quality lifestyle for residents. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Onesite, and familiarity with YieldStar is a plus. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for various tasks including leasing, resident relations, and assisting the on-site Manager in controlling costs and supervising staff when the Manager is off duty.
