According to prescribed policies and procedures, under the supervision of the Property Manager or Senior Property Manager assists in all operational and financial aspects of the property or properties. The Assistant Property Manager II ensures that the property operates within HUD and LIHTC rules, complies with company policies and procedures, fair housing laws, state landlord and tenant laws, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) section 42 rules. This role involves direct communication with regulatory authorities and owners to resolve management issues, maintaining occupancy levels, and ensuring good owner and resident relations.
