This position will provide property management services to the Steve O'Neil Apartments located at 115 West 4th Street and Family Supportive Housing facilities at 1401 East 2nd Street in Duluth. Full-time with benefits, including paid Holidays, Vacation and Sick Time, and Health, Dental, Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance. The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for carrying out the mission of CCHC by managing the tenancy and upkeep of supportive housing apartment buildings serving formerly homeless families. This mid-level management position involves ensuring the CCHC culture of treating all people with dignity and respect is established and maintained within their community of staff and clients.
