Requirements

  • Minimum three years' experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • NCHM COS & TCS Certification or commitment to obtain certifications.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving skills to operational issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and attractive living environment for residents.
  • Serve in the capacity of the Property Manager in their absence.
  • Demonstrate the HEROES principles in all activities and interactions.
  • Interact routinely with residents and address concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Implement sales and marketing activities to achieve occupancy goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive properties and market trends.
  • Comply with Enterprise Residential's policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and manage lease processes.
  • Collect rents and manage delinquencies and collections.
  • Provide direction to the team in the absence of the Property Manager.
  • Promote resident services initiatives and engage residents in community activities.
  • Prepare, monitor, and distribute reports on operational and financial data.
  • Assist in processing property expenses and vendor invoices.
  • Participate in required training sessions and keep the Property Manager informed of relevant information.
