About The Position
WSH Management is currently recruiting for an on-site Assistant Property Manager for a 122-unit, senior affordable apartment community located in Chinatown- Los Angeles, CA. The Assistant Property Manager will demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and provide general clerical assistance to community office. They will work closely with the Maintenance Technician to ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner.
