Responsibilities

• Assist the caretaker in all work at the main house, boathouse, and property.
• Occasionally drive the principal to and from Greenwich shopping areas.
• Occasionally drive the principal to her residence in New York City.
• Occasionally drive staff to do errands and to the train station.
• Mow lawns at the main house (30 acres) and boathouse (3 acres).
• Perform light repairs as needed (handyman knowledge).
• Run errands and fulfill special requests for the principal.
• Maintain the following vehicles: Lexus LX 570, 2015 Suburban, 2015 Mercedes Benz S-Class, 2021 Chrysler Pacifica, 2014 Silverado KL2500hd, 2008 Polaris Ranger, and a green golf cart.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean inside and out and have a full tank of gas at all times.
• Perform maintenance upkeep on vehicles including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point checks on fluids.
• Handle inspections and registrations for all vehicles.
