We are looking for Project Managers at all levels, as we are growing our presence across most sectors but, particularly in the rail markets in the region and following a significant win we are looking for exceptional talent with experience in this sector. Requirements

  • Progress towards our possession of a Project Management Qualification (APM, RICS, or similar) is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience with best practice Project Management techniques and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of pre- and post-contract Project Management responsibilities, including planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Strong ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting the highest quality standards.
  • Provide exceptional project and programme management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and closure.
  • Assist clients in managing project costs, schedules, risks, and issues, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Work effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Contribute to monthly reports, providing clear and concise updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Develop and utilize effective communication tools to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Challenge existing processes and strive for continuous improvement, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
