Assistant Project Manager
About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role works closely with Project Managers and field teams to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and within budget.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial construction experience (APM or related role)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Working knowledge of construction documents and project management processes
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Responsibilities
- Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
- Manage submittals, RFIs, aia pay apps, and project documentation
- Support client communication and project reporting
- Track project costs and help maintain financial controls
- Coordinate with field staff to ensure quality and schedule goals are met
