About The Position

Our client is looking for a skilled Civil/Site Assistant PM/PM to join their Site/Civil Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, collaborate across disciplines, and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. They're seeking a candidate with a solid technical background, strong communication skills, and a passion for innovation and continuous learning. Core Responsibilities: - Develop designs for site layouts, grading plans, stormwater management systems, utilities, landscaping, lighting, and erosion control measures. - Oversee project execution, including zoning approvals and land development permitting. - Perform field inspections and conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses. - Prepare detailed site plans, environmental impact assessments, and comprehensive project reports. - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers and analysts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Engineer in Training (EIT)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in site and grading design, zoning, and permitting processes
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
