We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager for our rapidly growing Casework & Millwork Division located in Oakdale, PA. This role supports Project Managers in the execution of millwork projects from estimating handoff through fabrication and installation. APMs are assigned to specific projects and work closely with PMs to ensure project flow, documentation accuracy, and coordination across departments. This is a growth-oriented role with a path to becoming a Project Manager.

Requirements

  • Three (3) years' experience in architectural woodwork, construction, or custom manufacturing is preferred but not required.
  • Must have ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to work collaboratively with PMs and cross-functional teams.
  • Computer skills required – Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook),
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem solving skills
  • Must be highly motivated and organized to be able to support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Innergy software is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist PMs with submittals, RFIs, and tracking approvals.
  • Coordinate material takeoffs and support procurement activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, Work Orders, and other items as needed.
  • Support scheduling and delivery coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Learn the full project lifecycle with a path toward future PM advancement.
