Our SelectLeaders client is a fast-growing owners representation and development advisory firm based in Denver, Colorado. They work exclusively on 100% private projects, partnering directly with ownership groups to lead projects from concept through completion. Founded in 2022, they have expanded to support national projects, and are looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their team. This role will be pivotal in expanding the construction management team and will be responsible for the management of projects from preconstruction through closeout. This employee will play a crucial role in coordinating the efforts of the design team, construction team, and various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. This position requires a strong background in construction management, project coordination, and technical expertise in design and construction practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and meet the client's quality standards.
