Winter 2026 Assistant Project Management Bootcamp What we are looking for: Aldridge is seeking Assistant Project Managers to join our Winter 2026 Assistant Project Manager Bootcamp! Are you passionate about building great projects and discovering new places? At Aldridge, we're looking for Assistant Project Managers who thrive in dynamic environments and are excited to travel and join our dedicated project teams. The APM Bootcamp is designed for new Assistant Project Managers (APMs), offering a structured pathway into the Aldridge project lifecycle. This 15-week program integrates new hires into our processes through a combination of traditional classroom training, interactive activities, and on-the-job mentorship. Participants will gain essential skills and knowledge to thrive in their roles and contribute effectively to our projects. The 15-week program consists of one week in Illinois, either at our Libertyville Headquarters or Des Plaines Office, alternating with two weeks at your assigned job site located within the United States. Upon completing the 15-week program, you will transition to a full-time role at your assigned project. Aldridge currently operates in 32 states. Job Purpose: Contribute to the successful delivery of projects by supporting project teams in various tasks throughout the project life cycle, ensuring quality projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while fostering a work environment that reflects Aldridge’s Core Values.
