About The Position

We are seeking a Junior Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager to the team across project sites and office locations in the region. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional eager to launch a career in construction project management while learning directly from industry experts. This hybrid role offers a blend of hands-on field exposure and structured office training to build foundational skills in estimating, coordination, and project delivery. You’ll gain real-world insight into how complex building-envelope projects come together and advance toward a full Assistant Project Manager track.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in commercial construction and project execution
  • Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in both office and jobsite settings
  • Self-motivation, curiosity, and a willingness to grow into greater responsibility

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with project scheduling or estimating software
  • Internship or co-op experience on construction projects
  • Understanding of building systems, materials, or the building envelope
  • Basic knowledge of construction drawings and specifications

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with planning, documentation, and day-to-day coordination
  • Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimating for proposals and bids
  • Participate in meetings and facilitate communication between vendors, crews, and internal teams
  • Help prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, and schedule updates
  • Visit job sites to observe progress, track performance, and understand field operations
  • Learn construction software, reporting tools, and best practices from experienced PMs
