Job Description: Role & Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager: Work hand-in-hand with our seasoned Project Managers to oversee the entire project lifecycle – from procurement and engineering to subcontracting and installation. Build Strong Customer Relations: We believe in fostering lasting client relationships. You'll have the chance to develop and maintain positive interactions, ensuring client satisfaction and an exceptional industry reputation. Optimize Project Economics: Be part of the team that keeps projects on track economically while upholding our commitment to quality workmanship. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line. Master Project Documentation: Gain proficiency in preparing, processing, and managing all essential project documentation. This includes files, schedules, reports, billing, and more. Complete Submittals and Close-Outs: Ensure project completion by handling submittals and close-outs meticulously. Versatile Team Player: Expect exciting challenges and growth opportunities. You'll tackle various tasks and responsibilities to broaden your skill set and contribute to our team's success.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Two (2) year degree in electrical construction, construction management, similar discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to meet daily deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • National Electrical Code knowledge preferred.
  • Drawing/blueprint reading, and specification experience preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel and Word computer skills.
  • Bluebeam and CAD experience preferred.
