About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Assistant Project Manager (Real Estate) position. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). This role assists the Project Manager with schedule management, cost control, subcontractor coordination, document control, and field operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in construction project coordination or project management
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field (equivalent construction experience may be considered in lieu of a degree)
  • Senior living, healthcare, multi-family, or occupied renovation experience

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects within Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs)
