Requirements

  • A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in facility operations or management fields.
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of practical facility management and operations experience.
  • Strong analytic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of PC Software.
  • Certificate for OSHA 10-hour General and 8-hour HAZWOPER.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective coordination, oversight, and management of the RSCW-4, RRSC, and PSS subcontractors.
  • Administer janitorial and security services, ensuring all contractual obligations related to subcontractors are executed professionally.
  • Implement the USF Total Quality Control Management and Safety Programs across all buildings involved in the project.
  • Establish efficient communication channels and assign tasks to Building Managers supervising daily operations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager by providing essential documentation required to secure and uphold current certifications and licenses for each building.
  • Ensure Building Managers and Maintenance Manager effectively coordinate the implementation of the Total Quality Management Program (TQMP) and the Quality Control Program.
  • Aid the Project Manager in developing and executing both short- and long-term Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Services (OM&S) plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Assume leadership of the project in the absence of the Project Manager to ensure continuity and effectiveness.
  • Oversee the Building Managers and Maintenance Manager in managing the technical library associated with the project.
  • Assist in maintaining the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and oversee CAD documentation and purchasing and inventory systems.
  • Hold direct accountability for the daily management of the One Parkway Building (OPB).
  • Relay all Project Manager directives to the Building Managers and Maintenance Manager, except for employee relations issues.
