Requirements
- Degree from a 4-year college with preference given to Engineering or Construction Management.
- The ideal candidate is very detail-oriented, organized and able to manage time and priorities to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in completing projects on time, within budget and most importantly - satisfying our customer.
- Communicate in an accurate and timely fashion with all departments within Nycom.
- understanding architectural plans and specifications
- analyzing project scope
- scheduling
- purchasing
- vendor follow-up
- submittals
- change orders
- project close-out.
