SWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, self-motivated Assistant Project Manager with strong interpersonal skills and experience in environmental science and natural resources. This individual will successfully drive our projects throughout all phases from early planning and permitting through construction. You should reside in the greater Portland, OR area and can work. This Natural Resources Project Manager (Assistant level) should have technical expertise in a range of activities such as biological and wetland surveys, Endangered Species Act compliance, Natural Resource (Clean Water Act) permitting, NEPA, facility siting and constraints studies, and agency interactions at all levels. Skills include the ability to manage small to medium-sized projects, and track milestones within schedule and budget expectations. You will also support or be responsible for QA/QC oversight of field data to support report-writing and permitting. This is a regular (with benefits), full-time, hourly position. Pay rate will be based on individual qualifications and experience.
