Burgos Group is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager/or Project Manager Level 1 to support multiple federal construction projects being managed out of our New Mexico and New Jersey offices. This position is remote with a minimum of 25% travel to our offices and job sites as needed. The Project Manager, Level 1, assists the Project Manager with the planning, scheduling and coordinating of all phases of a project. This includes subcontractor relations, cost accounting and billing procedures, procurement, and liaison with owners, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers. Must be well versed using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Access) and scheduling software (Primavera and/or MS Project). Experience with Federal contracting is highly desired.
