Serve as second-in-command to the Project Manager, assuming full operational authority during their absence. Supervise daily meal service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for RCTA students, NETC students, and NAS military personnel. Assist in managing contingency and emergency feeding operations. Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
