About The Position

The Assistant Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients for the solar project. Responding to all inquiries for the complete life cycle of the project.

Requirements

  • Excellent communicator.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and find the best option within the guidelines of the project to move towards completion.
  • Facilitate clear communication with other departments and external entities and customers.
  • Foster a positive and safe working environment through exemplary behavior and attitude.
  • Passionate about renewable energy and the solar industry.
  • Desire to learn as much as you can within a solar company.
  • Motivated, dependable, organized and a team player.
  • Excellent computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Solar experience
  • One year of customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders in answering questions and liaising between stakeholders and project managers.
  • Follow daily/weekly agenda to ensure task completion and that the project continues moving forward.
  • Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies as led by project managers.
  • Stay updated on company standards and best practices.
