The Assistant Project Manager supports the planning and execution of construction projects to ensure quality outcomes for clients while driving profitability for CPPI. This role assists the Project Manager with cost control, scheduling, quality assurance, and jobsite safety, while overseeing subcontractor performance and supporting project engineers. The Assistant Project Manager also builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors. This position requires a sense of urgency, strong organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while consistently reflecting CPPI’s values and standards.
