This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company that works with local and Federal Government agencies and has positions open throughout the country. APSI is currently seeking two Assistant Project Managers, to act as the owner's agent (CMa) in support of the District of Columbia Dept of General Services on their $100M Fire Emergency Medical Services (FEMS) Fleet Maintenance Facility project. The project scope of work is new construction on an existing site to accommodate a fleet maintenance facility, ready reserve facility, covered parking and logistics warehouse facility, a new parking structure, administrative facility, fuel station and associated site work. The Assistant Project Manager (or APM) is responsible for assisting the Sr. PM in the leading and managing of the project from initiation to completion. This includes overseeing and managing construction, and ensuring the project is completed per the scope, on time, and within budget. The APM is also involved in all phases of project delivery, including planning, monitoring project milestones, and coordinating resources, while maintaining a strong relationship with clients, design consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
