Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience working in MS Office Suite and Excel required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in BlueBeam, AutoCad, eBuilder, or other web-based project management tools is a plus
  • Experience with higher education construction projects

Responsibilities

  • You'll support the director of PSTS and ensure the successful implementation of technical support for LRCP budget development and delivery.
  • You'll support the PSTS program and be lead on various tasks working directly with contracts, finance, development and deployment teams including directors, associate directors, project managers and planners.
  • You'll support centralized services initiatives such as development of a campus parking plan, building activation program, FFE & move management program, onboarding, and other administrative support as directed.
  • You'll liaise with project lead and other project managers to maintain project schedule and budget
  • You'll assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals
  • You'll review project implementation and gather data on project execution
  • You'll coordinate with project managers and other projects lead following project execution
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
