The pay for this position starts at $21.70/hour, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $25.74/hour. This position is located in Rutland, MA. The available schedule for this position is Sunday through Wednesday; 1pm - 11pm. $1,000 Sign-on Bonus. Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. Devereux's West Meadow program serves IDD/ASD males, ages 6 - 15 and provides ABA services. With 1 staff to 3 students ratio (1:6 overnights), this program teaches emotion regulation skills, adventure based counseling and PBIS earnings. West Meadow offers a high level of individualized care that supports the individuals' growth and development.
