Requirements

High school diploma/GED with 1-2 years' experience with individuals with disabilities required.
Computer skills and multiple platform familiarity required.
Ability to be flexible and work in a team environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communications and leadership/managerial skills essential.
Evidence of understanding and empathy for the PWDD population.
NYS Driver's License in accordance with regulations and Agency policies, practices, and procedures required.
Must be able to be reached by phone.
Full time, 40 hours per week + on call.
