The Global Electrification and Battery Systems (GEBS) Program Management team responsible for RESS (Rechargeable Energy Storage System) is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual looking for an opportunity that will allow them to showcase their talents and have an impact in a new strategic growth area for General Motors and the future of our electric vehicles. As an Assistant Program Manager – you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of battery pack development to production. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of advancements in electric vehicle battery development. You will work closely with a dynamic team of experts in a collaborative environment, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. The role requires a high level of initiative, independent judgement, and indirect leadership capability to help lead a broad cross functional team. In addition, the role requires planning, developing, and analyzing information necessary to support program leadership decisions as well as excellent organization skills to document program decisions and drive accountability.
