About The Position
The Assistant Program Director plays a crucial role in supporting the Program Director in overseeing the program's operations, ensuring that clients receive safe, respectful, and therapeutic care. This position may also serve as a substitute for the Program Director during their absence and acts as a secondary liaison with the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
