USAC’s mission is to achieve universal service by building out broadband capabilities for telehealth, online learning, and keeping families connected. Through its administration of the $10 billion Universal Service Fund (USF) programs on behalf of the FCC, USAC works to promote the availability of quality services at just, reasonable and affordable rates and to increase access to advanced telecommunications services throughout the nation. USAC is seeking an experienced, dynamic and collaborative professional to serve as an Assistant Program Analyst on their Rural Health Care (RHC) team. This role involves analyzing data to support one of USAC’s four core programs, identifying process improvements and efficiencies, analyzing program eligibility requests, requests for services, funding requests, and invoices, and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
