The Department of Statistics in the College of Science is seeking an Assistant Professor. This is a full-time (1.00 FTE), 9-month, tenure-track faculty position. The incumbent is expected to contribute to teaching and research in methodological and/or applied statistics and data science. The incumbent will teach graduate and undergraduate courses, develop a research program that includes collaborative cross-disciplinary research as well as independent research, and perform an appropriate balance of service to the university, the department, and their professional discipline. Professorial faculty members are expected to maintain high standards of collegiality, professional integrity, and willingness to accept and cooperate in assignments.
