About The Position

Joining the team providing clinical services in the Department of Psychiatry’s OHSU Resident and Faculty Wellness Program ( www.ohsu.edu/rfwp). The RFWP was developed to increase resident/fellow and School of Medicine (SoM) faculty access to professional counseling and psychiatric consultation to support their successful and safe practice in medicine and personal well-being. This program served as a model for the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) when developing national requirements to promote physician well-being in academic institutions. Our current team (six psychologists, three psychiatrists) provides tailored clinical services for this unique population, along with robust educational outreach and programming, and conducts research on wellness among healthcare professionals. This highly rated program, in place for over 20 years, is a national model and has seen utilization more than triple over the last 10 years. We also provide clinical and educational services to Providence resident physicians and offer telehealth, when indicated, to physicians off campus.
