The College of Dentistry at The Ohio State University seeks applications for a part-time Assistant Professor-Practice in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesiology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic academic oral and maxillofacial surgery residency training program and contribute to the mission of the larger Division and College via pursuit of excellence in teaching, research, and service. The Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Dental Anesthesiology accommodates approximately 7000 patient visits per year. The OMS faculty provide full-scope OMS surgical and office-based anesthesia procedures to the College of Dentistry and larger central Ohio community. Additionally, the faculty have admitting and operating privileges at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and Nationwide Children's Hospital, both level one trauma facilities and tertiary care centers for Ohio where they provide facial trauma and odontogenic infection call services 365 days a year.
