Requirements

• M.D or D.O. degree
• Successful completion of ACGME-accredited residency training in Urology
• Successful completion of ACGME-accredited pediatric urology fellowship training
• Texas Medical License, or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas

• Board certification in urology by the American Board of Urology
• Board certification in Pediatric Urology by the American Board of Urology
• Experience in teaching medical students and residents
• Experience in conducting research and publishing scientific reports
• Emerging or established regional or national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher
