About The Position

Assistant Professor. Human Resource Development in the Department of Organizational Leadership, School of Education and Human Services. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate courses in the following areas: Org development (including process and performance improvement), training and development, employment systems and standards, or career and leadership development. Additional teaching of masters and doctorate courses. The successful candidate will also contribute through active research and publishing, engage in graduate student advising, and institutional and professional service. The successful candidate will have a terminal degree in a relevant field, evidence of scholarly potential, experience with and commitment to social justice and institutional inclusiveness, and potential for or evidence of successful teaching.

Requirements

  • A terminal degree, such as a Ph.D., Ed.D., or J.D. in Human Resource Development or a related field.
  • ABD many be considered with a completed doctorate no later than May 30, 2020.
  • Evidence of scholarly potential
  • Experience with and commitment to social justice and institutional inclusiveness
  • Potential for or evidence of successful teaching.
