Missouri Western State University's College of Science and Health, in partnership with the Department of Health Professions, invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Strength and Conditioning. This position may be filled as either a non-tenure track Professor of Practice or a tenure-track Assistant Professor, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience. We seek an energetic and collaborative educator with the ability to serve as the Program Director for the Strength and Conditioning program, teaching undergraduate courses, supporting curriculum development for a newly launched concentration, and assisting in guiding the program toward CASCE accreditation. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in advancing Missouri Western's mission as the state's applied learning university as well as advancing the strategic growth of the program through innovative instruction, student mentorship, interdisciplinary collaboration, and strong ties with industry and community partners. You'll help design and deliver hands-on, project-based learning experiences that prepare students for success in a rapidly evolving landscape.
