About The Position
The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for Assistant Professor of Theatre in Screen Acting, UNLV College of Fine Arts. The Department of Theatre at UNLV seeks a dynamic, independent-thinking individual to join our team as a full-time Assistant Professor of Theatre in Screen Acting, starting July 1, 2025. This tenure-track position offers an incredible opportunity to shape the future of graduate and undergraduate students in screen acting education in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and innovative department. We are looking for a highly motivated educator and accomplished industry professional to teach in our current MFA and BA program--with an expected launch of a BFA in Fall 2026--who focuses on acting for the camera and new media performance. This is an opportunity to nurture the next generation of screen artists, champion inclusivity, and contribute to a department that values collaboration and artistic excellence.
