Assistant Professor of Supply Chain Management
About The Position
Butler University's Lacy School of Business is seeking candidates for a faculty position in Supply Chain Management and Analytics to begin in August 2026. We are interested in identifying scholars at the intersection of Modern Operations and Supply Chain Management, including potential expertise in Logistics, Quality Management, Data Analytics, Machine Learning, and/or Artificial Intelligence applied to supply chain. Requirements
- Candidates will possess the minimum of a terminal degree, i.e. Ph.D., DBA, or JD.
- The ideal candidate will be able to teach classes at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Candidates who can demonstrate a trajectory of scholarship in their areas of specialization and possess the potential and motivation to publish high-quality, impactful research in leading academic journals.
- Applicants should currently be eligible to work in the United States; under some circumstances, sponsorship for an H1-B visa may be possible.
