Dean College is looking for a dynamic, experienced, student-centered educator to join the faculty to teach courses in the Psychology program for Fall 2026. The successful candidate will teach an array of courses including Human Development: The Life Span, Child Development, Adolescent Development, General Psychology, Personality Theories, and others. The candidate should be a generalist who can teach a wide array of psychology courses. All School of Liberal Arts and Sciences academic programs are grounded in the liberal arts, stress experiential learning, and seek to develop a career mindset in students to prepare them for life after Dean. Salary range: $69,000-$72,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The College also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement contributions, and generous paid time off.
