About The Position
The Assistant Professor of Psychology at Salt Lake Community College is a full-time, tenure-track faculty position responsible for preparing and teaching a variety of psychology courses, including general education and specialized courses in the faculty member's area of expertise. The role involves engaging with students, mentoring adjunct faculty, participating in professional development, and contributing to the department and college through committee service and community engagement. The faculty member will teach 15 instructional units per semester and may also coordinate Concurrent Enrollment courses in local high schools.
