The College of Pharmacy at the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center invites applications for a full-time, 12-month tenure-track Assistant Professor faculty position in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences. We seek a highly motivated research-intensive scientist with a strong commitment to scholarly excellence, collaborative science, teaching, and mentoring. The successful candidate will establish and sustain an externally funded research program and contribute to teaching in our undergraduate (B.S.), professional (Pharm.D.), and graduate (M.S., Ph.D.) programs. Additional responsibilities include service to the Department, College, University, and broader scientific community, in alignment with institutional mission and strategic priorities. Research Environment The UNM College of Pharmacy is consistently ranked among the top colleges of pharmacy in NIH funding and is part of a vibrant research community within the UNM Health Sciences Center—the state's largest integrated academic health complex.
