About The Position
Central Connecticut State University invites applications to join the Communications department as a full-time, tenure track Assistant Professor of Organizational Communication beginning August 2026. We seek applicants who will actively engage in outreach and build partnerships to foster collaboration between the university and community organizations. The successful candidate will be able to teach and develop courses in the area of Organizational Communication, including introductory, upper-level and graduate courses in any of these related areas: Interpersonal Communication, Small Group and Team Communication, Intercultural/International Communication, Corporate Training and Career Development, Social Justice and/or Communication Ethics.
