Cumberland University is seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant Professor position in Music with a Vocal emphasis. This position is a faculty appointment with a 9-month teaching contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate music courses, providing applied vocal lessons, directing choral activities, and fulfilling various administrative responsibilities such as hiring new faculty and conducting program assessments. Additionally, the role includes student academic advising and organizing concerts, recitals, auditions, and juries.
