The College of Business at the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), an AACSB-accredited institution, invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Marketing with expertise in Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence (AI) to begin in August 2026. We are particularly interested in candidates whose background (teaching, research, or professional) demonstrates the integration of data-driven decision-making and emerging technologies like AI applications in Marketing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence, maintain an active research agenda consistent with AACSB scholarly academic (SA) qualifications, and contribute to the service mission of the department, college, and university. Experience in applying analytics and AI tools to solve marketing challenges is strongly valued. The Department of Marketing fosters transformative, applied learning experiences across undergraduate and graduate programs. The department offers majors and minors in Marketing, Professional Selling, and related areas, while supporting UCO's MBA and MSBA programs. Faculty collaborate with industry partners to provide students with exposure to real-world analytics projects, AI-driven tools, and experiential learning opportunities. The department also supports student organizations, competitions, and professional development programs that prepare graduates to lead in a data-driven business world. The standard teaching load is four courses per semester, with opportunities for course load reductions through competitive research reassignment.
