About The Position

The Helzberg School of Management in the College of Business and Technology at Rockhurst University invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor of Marketing. Successful candidates will be able to teach a variety of Marketing courses at the undergraduate and graduate level and maintain an active research agenda. We are particularly interested in candidates who can teach Principles of Marketing and upper-level marketing courses such as Digital Marketing, Consumer Behavior, and Marketing Strategy at the undergraduate and graduate levels. A Ph.D. in Marketing or a related discipline is required. Exceptional ABD candidates with a documented plan of completion will be considered. Teaching experience is preferred. The Helzberg School of Management is AACSB accredited, and Helzberg faculty are assessed in the areas of teaching, research, and service. The teaching load for tenure track faculty is 18 credit hours per year, divided between undergraduate, graduate, and executive business programs. Faculty are required to maintain an active research agenda, with regular publications in peer-reviewed, academic journals in their field. We are particularly interested in candidates who can contribute to our commitment to research in the areas of reducing inequalities and supporting good health and well-being. The position begins August 2026, and the salary is commensurate with skills and experience. The position offers a full benefits package. Review of applications will begin October 20, 2025. Requirements
