  • Contribute to the Hatter Ready experiential learning initiative, equivalent to one course.
  • Advise undergraduate students and assist with student recruitment efforts.
  • Engage in service to the university, college, and department, including building partnerships with practitioners and potential employers.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality teaching and maintain academic qualifications consistent with AACSB standards.
  • Ph.D. or other research doctorate in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or Leadership Studies from an AACSB-accredited institution.
  • Demonstrated potential for effective teaching in relevant courses, preferably with prior teaching experience.
  • Evidence of scholarly activity leading to publication in peer-reviewed academic journals.
  • Professional experience in human resource management or management with an emphasis on people leadership is preferred.
  • Experience teaching introductory international business management courses.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to general business management courses.
